Energy Ball Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 Cups Quick Oats
  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Flakes
  • 1/4 Cup Honey or Maple Syrup

Directions: combine all ingredients and roll into one inch balls. Store in fridge in air-tight container.

It’s that simple!

This is one of my favorite things to make as you do not have to cook at all. You can use honey or maple syrup, whatever you have. I love this recipe as a simple, whole food, easy snack for after a workout or in the afternoon when you want a snack. I never get old of these and probably have one everyday at the end of my workday. These keep me from reaching for packaged snacks.
