Hope you all had a good St. Valentine’s Day whether you treated yourself, spoiled a baby/pet, or bonded with your partner. I wanted some flowers that will later longer than a week, tulips were the perfect option!

Krispy Kreme has these best limited edition donuts for Valentine’s Day and I just could not resist, look at that purple heart! I love Krispy Kreme because they are fresh and hot made onsite donuts that are only 190 calories per original glazed donut! My guilty pleasure but not as guilty with less calories, don’t get me wrong they are not healthy but they are a fresh healthier option if you’re gonna eat any donut eat a Krispy Kreme donut! Worth it and everything in moderation. If you are looking for a healthy breakfast option check out my prior post, my yogurt bowl recipe and it will make you feel amazing!

We made chocolate covered strawberries as a little activity and they are so good. The white chocolate melted a little but it’s okay. Berries are so good for you and chocolate also has many heath benefits like longevity and heart health. We also cracked open a rose and they also say that wine also contributes to longevity but I am sure they really mean red wine, who cares haha, enjoy your life. One the main things that contributes to longevity is happiness so do what makes you happy, I definitely do.

We had a great Walleye bake with boiled potatoes and green beans. This type of fish dinners we have during holidays or special occasions are our favorite, they taste so good! Get in your omega 3s with fish or chia seeds. I hope you have a good weekend and I am sorry for not posting for a while.
