My Breakfast Yogurt Bowl

Hope your 2025 is going well! How are your resolutions going? I have the best morning yogurt bowl recipe here for you if you want a filling healthy option. I don’t have this yogurt bowl every day but most days. I use the Chobani Vanilla Yogurt and I love this yogurt so much. I have tried so many yogurts and wanted a healthier yogurt that tastes like European natural yogurt and Chobani Vanilla is the winner. There are unhealthy yogurts out there and I cannot believe that is a thing really because it is supposed to be “healthy” but there are yogurts with lots of sugar and chemicals that aren’t the best for you. Finding what works for you is the best option. Sugar from yogurt isn’t going to make you fat. I hope that you eat yogurt no matter what especially with live probiotic cultures, look for this on the packaging, because probiotics help with digestion and your gut microbiome.

Moving on, I use just normal quick oats and I could upgrade to better quality oats in my next purchase but these will do. I always use blueberries in my yogurt bowls because they are a super food and are one of the best foods you eat. These blueberries I have in this jar are from frozen Maine blueberries which are smaller than normal blueberries. I add a mix of seeds as you can see from the Trail Bliss picture there are many seeds in this mix and I got it at TJMaxx on discount, score. I top with local raw honey because it helps with allergies, I got this Nate’s brand at Target.

The before picture of my yogurt bowl looks so much better than the after I mix it up. I like to mix it up because if you don’t the items alone can taste strange and needs the yogurt coating. The yogurt also moistens the oats to help with the dryness. After eating this regularly I felt improvement with digestions instantly. I look forward to eating this yogurt bowl because of how good it makes me feel so if you are looking for a healthy breakfast option and don’t know what to eat because there are so many packaged breakfast foods this is a great option to help you feel as though you are eating more whole foods.

  • 1 Cup Chobani Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Raw Quick Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp Seed Mix
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
