BreakfastRolled Quaker Oat meal -single packetFresh FruitHoneyCinnamon SnackVeggie Straws LunchSandwich & Soup or Salad Snack Apple/ Fruit DinnerFish & Rice DessertChocolate of some sorts with fruit DrinksWater, Green Tea (Hot & Iced), Homemade Iced Black/Sweet Tea 1 Splenda, Lemon & Ginger Tea & Chai Tea (Hot & Iced).
